Shipping
- Standard delivery rate starts $9.99 within Canada & USA.
- FREE standard delivery on orders over $75 within Canada & USA.
- International shipping available and calculated at checkout.
All parcels are sent via Standard Canada Post.
USA & International orders; packages may also be subject to custom fees, which are not included in the shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.
Processing time
Once an order is placed, it may take up to 1-4 business days to be fully processed. You will receive a notification (email or SMS) once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.
If an attempt delivery has been made and the parcel hasn't been picked up at your local post office, the parcel will be send back to us. If that happens, we are not responsible for any shipping cost.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges but you can always contact us for any return question.
Damages and issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence.
Estelle Studio is not responsible for parcels that are left outside in the heat, cold or rain for a long period of time.
Refunds
If your refund has been approved, the products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Upon reception of your order, you will be automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
Lost parcel
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel. Please contact your shipping provider.
